Standard Service Contract
The Standard Service Contract (SSC) was offered as an extension to the IntelliBar limited warranty. Your SSC can be renewed again and again before it expires its annual contract.
The Standard Service Contract provides depot factory repair service and is sold in annual increments. Within three business days or less after IntelliTech receives your printer for service, we will repair and ship your printer back to you via UPS ground, freight prepaid by IntelliTech. UPS next day air, or other expedited shipping is also available for an additional charge at your expense. You are responsible for paying freight and insurance to send your printer to IntelliTech for repair.
If your printer warranty period or prior service contract has expired, IntelliTech offers an inspection program (see Factory Inspection Program) prior to buying a service contract. After completion of inspection and any necessary service to bring your printer back to factory specifications, you may purchase a Standard Service Contract.
