Enhanced Service Contract

The Enhanced Service Contract contains all the features of the Standard Service contract and includes the additional benefit of unlimited use of a loaner printer at no additional charge while your printer is being repaired.

The Enhanced Service Contract contains all the features of the Standard Service Contract and includes the additional benefit of unlimited use of a loaner printer at no additional charge while your printer is being repaired. It provides depot factory repair service and is sold in annual increments. IntelliTech will ship a loaner printer overnight freight prepaid and insured by IntelliTech to your location on the same day of your request, provided your request is received by 2:00 p.m. EST. You are responsible for paying freight and insurance to send your printer to IntelliTech for repair. Within three business days of receiving your printer, IntelliTech will repair and ship your printer back to you via UPS ground, freight prepaid and insured by IntelliTech. You are responsible for paying freight and insurance to send the loaner printer back to IntelliTech within one business day after you receive your repaired printer.

If your printer warranty or prior service contract has expired, your printer operating condition must be inspected in order for IntelliTech to offer a service contract (see Factory Inspection Program). After completion of inspection and any necessary service to bring your printer back to factory specifications, you may purchase an Enhanced Service Contract.
